What to Expect
The art piece you can expect will be watercolor/gouache on watercolor paper, with some pen outline for the houses.
The gallery has examples, including some reference photos for your convenience.

Other custom paintings and sizes are available upon request. Sales Tax included in price.
*Customizations like a Christmas wreath (see Gallery example) may be a small fee, depending on how complicated they are (i.e. wreaths, or a rainbow to represent pets "over the rainbow bridge", etc.)
Shipping within the Unites States is flat $5 fee for paintings, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. International orders not accepted at this time. Frames or matting are not available.

Processing Times
After receiving your Order Form, we will contact you to confirm details and availability before the order is completed. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Painting time will be calculated at time of request, so an estimation of completion date will be confirmed (in general, it takes 1-2 business days, but times cannot be estimated properly until contacted).
Shipping is $5 to continental USA (Hawaii and Alaska incur extra fee. International orders are not available)
